Prices: in order to determine a design fee for a prospective object, a customer is to introduce a number of initial data:
- for DP stage: request for proposal, lot topographic survey S 1:500, cadastral survey.
- for P stage: architectural-planning specification (APS); specifications from interested services and organizations (Specs); specification, signed by a Customer; lot topographic survey S 1:500 with lot boundaries; lot topographic survey S 1:2000; cadastral survey; geology survey; existing building structure survey report and inspection (in case of reconstruction).
- for WD stage: approved project documentation at the “Project” stage; positive report of the complex state expert investigation (in case, a project under design is to be investigated by experts according to the Decree of Gosstroy of Ukraine of 12.11. 2003 No. 187).
