This hotel-recreational complex is situated at the lakeside. On the West, South and East the complex abuts on a forest. In contains 14 cottages, 110 m2 each, club with a restaurant (360 m2), boathouse, stable, guard house, complex owner’s house and technical premises. There is also a parking zone on the territory of the complex, which hosts 30 cars.
The aim of the complex is to provide with the necessary conditions for short-term family holidays (2-7 days).
Total area makes up 20 hectares. |
